Bear Fedora T-shirt of the day

Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010

Today I felt like a Bear.  A well-dressed Bear, wearing a fedora hat, glasses and a scarf.  Since my t-shirt was wearing all those accessories, I didn’t feel the need to adorn the extras.

In case you didn’t realize, today’s t-shirt of the day is our Bear Fedora Guys T-shirt.   Enjoy 20% off.

The Situation’s Dissertation

Wednesday, October 27th, 2010

Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino is all about the t-shirt, the t-shirt before the t-shirt, the t-shirt during the t-shirt, and the t-shit after sending a girl home because he just hooked up with her and wants his twin bed back.  He just came out with a book (video below), in which he proclaims his love of the shirt, and gives some good advice on how to pick out the right under cloth for you.

Well here’s some t-shirts we think The situation might enjoy:

Leave the Grenades at home t-shirt – This one’s an easy one for the situation.  He gets blindsided by grenades all the time, and this tee could could be his sidekick–when Pauly D’s not around of course.

I’m not a Gardener I just like Hoes t-shirt  – At the situation’s pace, he might actually be a closet gardener.

Panda Shades T-shirt – Like the Panda, the Situation never leaves home without his sunglasses.

Keep the Ratio Strong t-shirt -  2 girls for every guy.

Coke Healthier than Crack T-shirt – He could wrap it up and give it as a gift to Ronnie.

Fat Chicks Fun Til Your Friends Find Out T-shirt – We all remember the swinging hippo from season 1.

Pop Star T-shirt – I don’t wanna know how many cherries he’s stolen.

My roommate is gay- This should’ve been the Situation’s go-to “shirt before the shirt.”

We’re on a Brooklyn binge right now. This is probably the flyest of our Brooklyn T-shirts.

Pac Sun just picked up the Brooklyn Cat Graphic T-shirt and you can buy it from them for only 24.50, which is $1.50 less than we’re selling it for.

Inspiration for this Brooklyn Cat t-shirt? Check out Spike Lee and Michael Jordan below.

How makes you so fly? Is it the shirt? Is it the Shirt? It’s gotta be the shirt.

Be sure to pick up the New Guys Brooklyn Cat Design today.

New Girls Sayings T-shirt: Rock

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

Here’s a real cool shirt we just produced. The saying on the t-shirt is “Rock” and within the text is a bunch of cool Rock symbols. We’re not sure if this is part of our “New Graphic Girls line” or part of the “Classic Girls Slogan line,” or maybe its a hybrid of the two. Either way it’s a pretty awesome girls Rock t-shirt.

Let us know your thoughts on this new Sayings t-shirt.

Climbing the charts of Funny t-shirts

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

Since Crooked Monkey is all about selling funny t-shirts and graphic t-shirts, we work hard to make sure that google recognizes our products. And recently we leapfrogged from page 6 to page 3 when you search for funny t-shirts in their search engine.

Thanks Google. But we’re not going to stop until we’re on page 1 when people search for Funny t-shirts.

And it’s not really for us–it’s for the public. People who search for funny t-shirts shouldn’t have to sift through all that crap until they find us. They should find us first–it’s just a more efficient use of their time.

Skydiving with our t-shirts

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

We get lots and lots of emails from our fans. We get lots and lots of pictures from our customers of our funny t-shirts. But this might be the coolest picture/email combo we’ve gotten so far.

This guy swung by our guys t-shirt store, picked up our Turn Tables Guys Graphic T-shirt, and then jumped out of a plane wearing our t-shirt. No parachute needed.

COOOOOOOL. This also wins our picture of the month award.

Does this shirt look familiar?

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

We did some research and here’s what we found. Nathan Trasoras wore our Keyboard Graphic t-shirt on Season 6, Episode 7 of the So you Think you Can Dance TV show. He’s on the show for a good part of it–from minute 3 until minute 4:45 and he wears the shirt well.

We’re going to embed the YouTube video here for you to see the shirt in action, but chances are it might get taken down.

Our t-shirt on So you think you can dance (again!!)

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

We just got an email from a fan saying they saw one of our guys shirts on the TV show “So you think you can dance” last night. We’re finding out more details–like which guy wore it, which t-shirt it was and whether or not he can do the moonwalk.

The season started less than a month ago, and already two dancers have worn our t-shirts. (Check out the other t-shirt on so you think you can dance). I’m not sure what it is, but it looks like there’s a direct correlation between being a good dancer and wearing Crooked Monkey’s graphic t-shirts.

Maybe we should come out with a commercial, where Michael Jackson is trying, trying to dance. But he just can’t get the rhythm, the timing, the moves right. He throws on one of our t-shirts, and bam, he’s moon walking and side walking all over the Apollo theatre. How should this commerical end?
