Monday, November 8th, 2010We’re going to start a new campaign here at Crooked Monkey. We have a pretty awesome dress code: Jeans and a t-shirt. And while we can’t offer that dress code to all of you, we can at least let you reap some of its benefits.
Our “T-shirt I’m wearing of the day” promotion will allow you to purchase the t-shirt I’m wearing at a 20% discount. To be clear, i’m not selling the “shirt off my back” (for that you’d need to pay a premium, not receive a discount). But you can buy the unworn/brand new version of my t-shirt at a 20% discount (discount is only available the day that I wear the t-shirt).
Sometimes I’ll post pictures of myself wearing the t-shirt, sometimes well post pictures of models wearing the t-shirt–it depends on who looks better that day.

Cyber Monday Deals: $15 shirts with a twist
Monday, November 23rd, 2009We’re starting this holiday season off with an interactive bang. Instead of just offering awesome deals on Cyber Monday (November 30th), we’re going to be doing some real innovative, interactive deals on our t-shirts.
On Cyber Monday, we’re teaming up with Jason Sadler, from IwearYourshirt.com. Jason Sadler will wear Five Crooked Monkey t-shirts. When he’s wearing that shirt, it will be on sale on CrookedMonkey.com for 45% off ($15, on sale from $24). He’ll be wearing 5 shirts throughout the day. And you’ll have to check his blog or twitter to see which shirt he’s wearing, and which shirt is 45% off.
He’ll be switching his shirt every three hours, and the shirt is only at that special price while he’s wearing the shirt. He starts his day off at 9AM (an hour before Crooked Monkey opens our doors, but we’ll wake up a little earlier in his honor). He’ll put on his first shirt from 9-12PM, and then the rest of his schedule: 12-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12AM.
This might be the first ever interactive Sale. Also, as a bonus, any shirt he wears during the day will be 25% even when he’s not wearing it.
FAQ:
1)What happens during those 30 seconds when he’s shirtless, and half naked? Buy a shirt at that exact moment and find out.

Holiday shipping is always a bit stressful. Like Santa, we need to deliver on time, every time. But unlike Santa, we don’t have thousands of elves working for us–just caring and loving interns.
For Father’s Day we’re running a huge promotion–25% off any of our t-shirts when you use the promo code “Father.” We’ve noticed some pretty questionable “Father’s Day gifts”–namely random girls shirts and the I’m not a gardener i just like hoes shirts. I know those shirts aren’t going to your dad, but we won’t tell anyone. We’re happy when you’re happy.

At Crooked Monkey, customer service is paramount. The customer is always right, and we’re always super excited when customers get phenomenal deals. We even like to share them with you so that you can replicate their deals–and get t-shirts for as cheap as possible.
As you are fully aware, People.com’s Stylewatch, featured our funny t-shirts on their site and offered a 20% discount. That discount, on all our t-shirts, ends on Friday. All you have to do is use the promo code: “People”
So here’s the amazing deal: A customer bought two discounted shirts, used the People promo code and got free shipping (which everyone gets when you buy two shirts). She bought our Gimme Some Sugar t-shirt (on sale at $16) and our More money more problems t-shirt (Priced at $19.99 in honor of the recession). She ended up spending $28 for two shirts, including shipping. That’s $14/shirt. Good work! I think she got the best deal ever for two t-shirts.
