Crooked Monkey pricing is determined by a variety of factors- including colors, number of graphic locations, quantity of items, and customization techniques. Once you have chosen the item you are interested in, reach out to one of our team members who would be happy to get you set up with a quote that includes detailed pricing!
2. Minimums
At Crooked Monkey we offer a variety of customization techniques based on what’s most appropriate for the item and for custom t-shirts in Washington DC and the entire country, of course. Embroidered items have a minimum of 20, screen printed apparel items typically have a minimum of 35, and our promo items have a varying minimum based on the product. 3. Turn Around Time
We strive to complete our customer orders in 10-12 business days, but rush orders are always welcome! Although we like to have at least 48 hours notice, we have successfully produced Items within as little as 24 hours! At Crooked Monkey we go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. The Crooked Monkey locations are spaced out across the nation to ensure our turn around times are short for everyone. Long story short- we print and ship all over the country- and fast!

Unfortunately, there’s no easy answer to this one. Promo item turn around time varies upon each item. Generally, they take about 3-4 weeks, but a large amount of water bottles could be done within just one! Let us know if you need promo items ASAP and we will do everything we can to find items with a quick enough turnaround to fit the timeline of your event.
Of course we can, but not nearly as quickly as t-shirts.. Some take as few as 3 days, but the majority of our promo items take at least a week!
Absolutely, that is how we got our start! For in depth design work- think creating a completely new logo or graphic- we charge $55 an hour. Do you just need some help resizing your graphics and picking the best colors to represent your brand? Easy peasy, we’d love to help but… without the extra charge!
There is almost always a charge for the rush of promo items, but for apparel it depends on both the print and style of garments. If you need them produced within as little as 3 days or less- there is an automatic 35% rush fee.
No, our minimum is 20 for embroidered items and 35 for screen printed.
For first time customers we request you pay in full, but after the first order we are open to and happy to discuss terms.
We ask that all of our customers approve orders before they are produced. This means customers will approve their print colors, graphic sizing, shirt sizes, and shirt styles before we proceed with the placement of their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure these aspects are correct before we do. If the order is delivered and meets the final approved order- there will be no refund. BUT, If the order is delivered with discrepancies from the final approved order we have no problem offering refunds. If it isn’t exactly what you ordered, of course we’ll make it right!

Unfortunately, we don’t take purchase orders and typically don’t accept cash. We do take all major Credit Cards, ACH transfer and Checks!
We at Crooked Monkey do everything we can to keep a smile on our customers faces and our returning customer rate of 98% shows just that. We care about your brand and want your items to be perfect, so please make us aware of any and all of your concerns so that we can make things right!
Absolutely! Crooked Monkey pricing is based on how many times a graphic is printed. If you order 36 hoodies and 36 shirts with the same graphic, not only will we happily handle the order, we will even bump you up to a bulk price break!
We create digital mock-ups for all of our orders for customer approval. We typically don’t do pre-production samples for customers to see because the printing of one shirt requires a different process that wouldn’t accurately reflect your final order.We are happy to work with you on the digital mock ups for as long as it takes to reach your satisfaction before starting production.
Who wants their t-shirts newly delivered only to immediately discover, it just won’t fit. If this sounds like something that might worry you, we can send you over a measurement chart for almost all of our apparel items. PLus, our team has the added expertise to tell you if something runs small, large, or true to size. Reach out, were happy to help!
All orders of 50 units or more receive free shipping
Yes, we can- but the guidelines constituting free shipping are not the same and there is an international shipping charge!
Of course! Once we start the ordering process, you will receive a quote and invoice via email for approval. Once it has been approved, you can follow the entire order throughout the rest of the process through that very same link. It’s kind of like a domino’s pizza tracker, (but for your gear).

We typically do not print photos on shirts. The maximum number of colors for screen printed items is typically 6 (sometimes 7 or 8 depending on the quantity and graphic), so the printing of photos would be nearly impossible under those guidelines.

Yes, we try to cover the cost of samples but we do charge shipping but only because the wholesaler charges us to have them sent to you!
